Total Time: 50 Minutes, Servings: 6 Servings



Ingredients :
  • 1 large head cauliflower
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 ounces cream cheese
  • 6 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon onion salt
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 - 2 tablespoons fresh dill



Instructions :
  • Cut up cauliflower and steam until easily pierced with a fork.
  • Mash cauliflower using a mashing tool or a hand mixer. Let sit until cool enough to handle.
  • Using cheesecloth or a clean dish towel, wring liquid out of cauliflower.
  • Mash remaining cauliflower, and mix in all ingredients.
  • Bake in oven at 350F, in a appropriate sized casserole dish, for 30 minutes, until thoroughly warms and slightly brown on top.
  • Serve warm with extra Parmesan.
